Re: GUADEC 2014 website archive

Wordpress based past GUADEC editions websites have been marked as
deactivated. Apache is now serving {2013,2014}.guadec.org with static
contents.

Thanks again Tobi for investigating and spotting HTTrack which made
the whole job so straightforward.
