Andrea check this[1] and this[2] out.

I don't think Rodrigo has worked on that project in awhile and the
commit log[3] backs that up. It is likely safe to assume he is ok to
add as a wiki admin at this point. Notify Rodrigo no doubt, but I'd
think it would be ok to make the changes to grant the access he is
requesting. Seems legit from git :)
