Nagios. Did not get notifications lately though, so perhaps broken.
FYI: Monitoring would be meaningless in this case. I knew it was down,
knew load spiked immediately, knew memory increased quickly. Couldn't
figure out what was wrong when doing an strace, checking process
environ.. so nothing more to do than not starting apache.
