Fwd: ** RECOVERY Service Alert: bugzilla-web/swap usage is OK **

I restarted apache on the bugzilla-web vm. There was a 3.6g and 3.7g
apache worker. Likely someone abusing the xmlrpc api again. Next time,
I'll actually investigate what the request is other than preventing it
from dying.
