quarterly report

Hey guys - I've been swamped at work recently and haven't been able to
make time for much in the world of GNOME. I wonder if someone else
might be able to hack together something for the quarterly report due
tomorrow? I've seen a lot of activity from Owen in the puppet.git, but
I haven't even been able to keep up with what it all is. Perhaps it's
relevant to the report?

In any case, I'd appreciate if someone could do this.
