shell-perf is down because we're in the process of rebuilding the VM that it
was on and we've caught a snag. When I began the rebuild process I wasn't aware
that it was running on that VM.

Until we can get the VM rebuilt (it is on my list today) it might be worth
running it on a different machine. I'm not sure what software is required for
its performance tracking, but updating DNS is simple enough..

Please let me know if you'd like to run it elsewhere--if it is more critical
than can wait for the VM to come back online.
