More or less completed now. I've killed rt3 from window and added
redirects. Still need to clean window from all the custom perl packages.

Now only some nice to haves (check expiry headers, public caching
headers, clean up puppet config, etc)...

Note: noticed a default RHEL6 VM won't enable the backchannel for
everything. This as we don't configure that in Puppet. So webapps never
received any mail.
