Monthly Meetings (IRC)

Team -

I'd like to start holding regular team meetings on IRC to discuss
projects, status reports, general improvements, etc. Given how
geographically diverse everyone is I'm having a hard time coming up
with a time that might fit everyones schedule. Of the core team, as
listed here [1] I see time zones ranging from -1, +2, +3 +8 and +14 of
my time zone (US/Mountain). I don't say this to suggest the meeting
needs to fit around my time, simply that is my basis for comparison.

I was thinking of something along the lines of fourth Monday of the
month, but that's not firm. It is mostly the time of day that I'm
unsure about.

Does anyone have any suggestions that might fit?
