Issues connecting to irc.gnome.org

Hello, I lost my connection to the GNOME IRC servers on the 13th and
have been unable to re-establish a connection.  I am unsure exactly
what is wrong, but I can connect to other IRC networks just fine so I
don't believe there is any IRC filtering going on.  irssi connects,
gets nowhere, and disconnects in five minutes, presumably timing out.
About half the time I will see the server claim it is looking up my
hostname.  For example, here is the last few lines from my log right
now:

I have talked to several others who are connecting without any issues.
 What other information can I give that will help diagnose this?
