Bug: http://git.gnome.org/cgit/gtk+/ says "no repositories found" even
though that is the link which cgit displays in page 5.  Could it be the
"+" in the name that is tripping it?

My knee-jerk reaction was to think that this would be a mess, but it's
surprisingly more readable than simply not munging the commit messages.
