Summary: Use mysql::server puppet class on button.gnome.org

Alternative here is to move all databases to drawable and remove mysqld from
Puppet, but if we don't do that, we should use the mysql::server class on
button.
The configurable parameters for the class should be examined to make sure that
they work on a small memory machine. I chose the defaults for a smaller machine
than drawable, but I'm not sure I chose them for as as small a machine as
button. (And button has other stuff on it as well ... only about 1GB of memory
should be used for the database.)
