recognizing GIT/SVN migrations?

I hope we as an organization are planning on rewarding the work that
have gone into the GIT and SVN migrations?

Especially the work that
Olav VItters did on the cvs -> svn migration which the git migration
is founded on.  It seems poor to not at least provide a t-shirt or
something.  These migrations look really painful and stressful.  Moving
11 years of code history has got to be worth something. :-)
