current RT accounts queue

I've managed an hour or two of accounts work the past couple of days
(sorry for the cron spam) and am making some progress. Thanks Ross for
getting the mango user back, it makes things so much saner.

There's probably more than I can do in a week's stolen time, so bear
with me or await reenforcements.

Was a decision ever made about SoC students having CVS access? Quick
scan of my mail reveals no definitive answer. Blocking a couple tickets.
