Mail configuration updates

Looks like the servers arrived and were booted up yesterday (Wednesday)
evening (US time). I've just logged on, updated the IP addresses in the
postfix main.cf file for all the machines, restarted postfix and checked
the logs. The mail system should now be fully operational again.
Sending this mail will probably prove me wrong!
