[GNOME-India] Talking points at Govt conference

Several Indian GNOME members are going to an open source government conference: http://www.digitalindia.gov.in/content/icegov-2017 next month.

This is our opportunity to talk about the GNOME platform to various government agencies in Asia.  I'd like to discuss some ice breaker 'talking points' for conversations with the attendees and then let the natural exuberance of our community to shine through given that most of the people going are senior members.

It is always nice to make sure that we are focused on what we feel is important.  So let's make the best of this opportunity and brainstorm and see if we can get our platform as an option in emerging economy.
