We need to go to the later part of the year. Post GUADEC. Pre foss.in
to avoid any collision.

Oct/Nov would be the most optimal imho

I vote for Bangalore, but not in Bangalore. Should be a nice place
reachable from/via bangalore.

Bangalore and Pune will get my votes.

I think we should just copy the previous themes and think it over to
get a new theme/content.

my opinion -  lets share a google doc or a wiki page where all members can contribute to the proposal - volunteer for roles, propose themes and tracks.. etc..
