Doesn't require physical presence (though it wouldn't hurt). What it
does require is actual legwork. Basically, there's some effort that's
already begun towards this. We just need some effort to take the ball
and run. Links below. I will pitch in as much as I can between all
this other stuff, as well. Besides, this might make a good starting
point at the FOSS conference at IITM.
