New releases for Decoder and Lorem

Dear translators,

A new version 0.2.0 of Decoder¹ was released and entered a period of string freeze, we hope to do a 0.2.1 release in 14 days to include translations.

On the other hand Lorem² is also in string freeze and the plan is to do a release as soon as it has a proper application icon. Depending on the timing of the icon this might be split into a first release, and a minor release in 14 days from now with translations, or just a single release in 14 days.
