[gnome-music] string freeze break request

Hey translator folks,

Music accidentally broke string freeze with a user facing message containing a version number. See https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-music/-/merge_requests/760#note_900702 .

It is kind of important to report the correct needed tracker version to the user if we display an error screen.
