GNOME Commander: Created branch gcmd-1-10

The branch 'gcmd-1-10' was created pointing to:

882168c... Post-release version bump

This is the new stable branch of GNOME Commander. The branch 'gcmd-1-8'
can be removed from Damned Lies.

Also I'd like to express my big gratitude to all the translators
contributing to the latest 1.10 release! You all really did a great job!
