Translate Fragments using D-L

Hi all,

Would it be possible for Fragments to be translated via D-L?

Fragments is a simple BitTorrent client for GNOME.

I couldn't find any hints what exactly the requirements 

are. I was told to just get in touch here :)

Fragments is currently being translated via Weblate, 

and got translated into ~11 different languages:

I can't judge the quality of the translations, 

but I think it might be possible taking them over to D-L.
