String freeze for GNOME Podcasts 0.4

We've frozen the strings for GNOME Podcasts version 0.4.5. Only bug fixes will be committed for the next 3-4 
weeks.

Translations support was just added some weeks ago, so it would be great to support more languages and update 
existing ones!

The release schedule is different than GNOME's giving that the application is relatively new still, but the 
string freeze will be honored for this cycle and the first weeks after the 3.30 release.
