Note that both Tepl and Amtk are not part of GNOME core, but more or
less follow the GNOME development cycle. Tepl and Amtk are currently
used by GNOME LaTeX. It is planned to use Amtk in Devhelp.
Forgot to say, I've kept the *.po files from Tepl, and Tepl is already
on Damned Lies:
