We are always pleased to host new languages for GNOME, welcome !

Generally, I ask for a first translated po file to initiate a new language.
May I ask you to browse https://l10n.gnome.org/ and choose a (not too 
big) module to translate, then send the translated po file to me directly?

I'll then do the necessary work to add the language/team for your language.
