Silesian translation

Hi,
I was wondering if it would be possible to change the Silesian team's
coordinatorship. There hasn't been much going on there for the last four
years and I'd like to take over. I'm the owner of the Silesian Ubuntu,
Firefox and LibreOffice teams. Thank you!
