As a Ukrainian coordinator I should point that's no longer really fun. 
Surzhyk is a result of linguicide, attempt to remake one language closer 
to another. We could call it as a dialect if it was developed in natural 
way.

Nevertheless, that's just my opinion, so feel free to add that locale if 
nobody isn't against it.
