There have been following string additions to module 'tracker.master':

Hi Martyn,

It looks like your commits 443714ea5a1dea68eaebe5753c2233c33179379d
and 737755d61958531ac9ec2d84e6dd7c5d64fc04ee broke the string freeze.
Please revert them and ask for a permission to add new strings.

Hello,

Typical ;) I never really add strings and this is the one time in months I
do it.

Who do I ask permission from?

It's not likely to affect anyone, it's a command line tool addition and only
really for debugging.

Hi,

Is tracker a part of the GNOME release set? I always thought it was
developed separately, in similar vein to GTK+ etc., and wasn't really
affected by the freezes. If it is, please read the wiki page
explaining the process:

https://wiki.gnome.org/TranslationProject/HandlingStringFreezes

Best regards,
