GParted 0.19.1 to be Released July 15, 2014

Hello Translation Teams,

GParted version 0.19.1 is planned for release on Tuesday, July 15, 2014.

All language translations completed prior to this date will be included 
in this release.

Tough there have been no text string additions or changes since the 
0.19.0 release, there are still a number of incomplete translations.
