String freeze for gLabels 3.0.1

Hello,

All strings in the glabels glabels-3_0 branch have been frozen in 
preparation for gLabels version 3.0.1.

All language translations committed to the master branch prior to
Sep 17, 2012 (Monday) will be included in this release.
