the operative keyword is 'currently': these property strings are
translatable because tools for building UIs (like Cluttersmith) are
capable of displaying them by introspecting the classes. again,
*currently* no such tool exists — and that's why translating these
strings should be considered low priority — but nothing prevents the
creation of one. either I do the work now, and mark strings for
translation as I introduce them, or I'll do that when somebody
publishes a UI build tool, or if somebody changes Glade to be able to
manipulate Clutter scenes.
