Removing inactive projects from Extra GNOME Applications

In gnome extra section there are software packages, which are not under
active development, like beagle and galeon. Even if some distributions
pack such software, translating them is pointless, unless someone packs
up new translations in release.
If the projects are really abandoned, they should be removed form
gnome-extra and maybe other lists.
