Stepping down as Spanish coordinator

Hi everyone,

After a short discussion with Daniel Mustieles, I'm stepping down as
the Spanish Team Coordinator in his favor, since he has been doing the
related tasks for several months now.
He already agreed to be my successor, and he knows perfectly all the
tasks and duties; however I'm not leaving the team, I'll still be part
of it and help whenever I can.

Please, change his account to Coordinator and mine to Committers.
