Branch for libgda added to Damned Lies

Hi all,

I've just added the LIBGDA_4.2 branch to the Damned Lies pages [1], due
to recent changes in this branch which affect translations. The new
branch hasn't been assigned to a release set yet, because I don't know
if there will come more releases from.
