Account in l10n.gnome.org, or your GNOME git account?

That is normal when you choose the action "Inform of submission", as
that refers to having committed the file to git.

The file is also accessible by clicking "Previous action history" on
http://l10n.gnome.org/vertimus/gtk+/master/po/lg - no need for mail
attachments in the future. :)
