I agree with most of what has been written before, but I'd like to make
a call to see what functionalities do we miss in l10n:
* commiting files from the web interface
* sycn between projects not hosted in git.gnome.org

What else?

Claude already said that the first point was already being discussed.

Could you please refresh my mind about other points?
