As a late answer to this thread: It's in general a good idea to have a
translatable website. There are some instructions in [1]. But WTF we
need a registration [2]? Wouldn't it be better to place the po files in
a new release set in the D-L pages, to let the GTP translators have
access to them? I think it's unneeded to feed up a new translation team
for the website.
