Hallo Łukasz

You can do the conversion back to the subtitles file with po2sub in the
Translate Toolkit.

You just need the .srt file, and your po file.

  po2sub  -t subtitles.srt  pl.po  pl.srt

Many video players should allow you to review this.  I'm not sure
exactly how all of them detect it, but putting it in the same directory
and naming it the same as the video file (except for extension) will
likely work.
