Regarding the page above, there's a seems-to-be-obsolete link that
reads: 

http://developer.gnome.org/dotplan/tasks.html#FreezeString

Not sure, but I'd change that to one of the following pages:

http://live.gnome.org/ReleasePlanning/RequestingFreezeBreaks
http://live.gnome.org/ReleasePlanning/Freezes#FreezeString

What do others think? OK, Andre probably knows the right answer. :-)
