Reporting a bug in Bugzilla is not "provoking". Reporting a bug in
Bugzilla makes it possible for lots of people to know there is a
problem and track the status of it, and makes it easier for someone to
eventually fix the problem. If you do not know about a problem, you
can never fix it, so reporting a bug is doing something good.

Look at it the other way: If you know something is wrong, but do not
report it in Bugzilla, and lots of other people/translators in the
same situation do the same, how will bugs ever get fixed?
