We're a small, team, and not everyone is using damned lies. Furthermore,
there may be translations uploaded by non-team members, and our
communication channels (e.g. mail, irc) won't help there. And if there's
only a few strings to translate, it's faster to just download the
translation directly from the overview page, without claiming it.
What I would like to see is that the last column is only ever empty if there
is also nothing to see on the page behind it.
