new project: moserial

Hi all,

I have added a new project to the svn repos: moserial.

moserial is a clean, friendly gtk-based serial terminal for the gnome 
desktop. It is written in vala for extra goodness. It includes i18n and 
docs.

Once the excitement of the gnome 2.26.0 release has passed, I would 
appreciate the addition of any translations to trunk (the only branch, 
currently).
