String changes in GTK+

I have just committed two changes to fix some fallout from the msgctxt
conversion in GTK+:

        Bug 568196 – Please change context of Forward stock label

        * gtk/gtkstock.c: Reinstate separate translation contexts for
        navigation and media labels (these were lost in the transition
        to msgctxt. Pointed out by Gabor Kelemen.

        * Makefile.in.in: Make xgettext recognize and extract NC_()

The change is to use separate message contexts for navigation and
media stock labels again, mainly to help with the translation of
"Forward". You may want to check your GTK+ translations.
