Well, as the comment says, the point of this string is to make it
possible for us to change the order of variables.

But how do you do this correctly in Python? Simply writing "%d foo %s"
does not work even in C, msgfmt complains. Writing "%2$d foo %1$s" would
work in C, but this is Python, where it doesn't.

So we have to use _("%(role)s level %(level)d") and break the freeze, if
we want to make reordering work.
