Yeah, but you see what is important is what it refers to, so you say
that it is "an option" but if it opens an extra say panel with a set
of settings then the comment should explain that. So if it is what I
think it is, then maybe something like this:

/* Translators: "Miscellaneous" is the label for a button, that opens
up an extra panel of settings in a print dialog */
