We have enough automation in gnome-i18n project. Then if anyone would
like to spend his free time on making a translation for specific
language (obsolete/unused/with no native-speakers etc.) that's not a
big problem for GNOME itself. And we should give that person
possibility to do it (translation). That's what free software is all
about.
