well, low german itself is understood by 10.000.000 (10 million) people around the world and there are about 2 million native speakers! :-)
as you can see here:

Feel free to start a language team if your language really exists.
You will need a glibc locale though if I remember correctly.

Localization is not about being funny but providing an interface for a
(defined) language that some people speak...
