some of the modules are updated very quickly (gnome-session for example)

but some are not updated even after many days like totem

http://l10n.gnome.org/module/totem shows it is 97% complete, but
http://l10n.gnome.org/languages/ml/gnome-2-24 shows it at its earlier
status of 54%
