Not true.  Pramod took up the coordinatorship of GNOME, OpenOffice, Aspell(and I must see what else) and all have been lacking attention from his side.  For instance, on OpenOffice list too this discussion is going on. There he has not done any work but still wants to hold on to this "position".

I also see the problem in the same light and I agree with Claude's solution. I don't mind how you translate as long as you respect other will have their methods to translate and we need on agree on the best translation tool to translate.

There is absolutely no issue with what method one uses.  The Coordinator has certain responsibilities and Pramod, while  claiming that he exists and is willing to do the work,  is not in a position(practically speaking) to do so.
