Lost svn access key

Hi guys,
I am not sure whether this is the right mailing list, but I hope you can
at least point me to a solution.
I am the coordinator of Bulgarian Gnome Translation team.
I lost my key for svn access - my house was burgled and my machines were
stolen. The backup of the key was on a broken media and currently I have
no way of committing.
Who do I have to contact to give a new key?
