Release Notes: some typos

In this paragraph:

"These 2.20 release notes are available in several languages:
Albanian, Arabicpa, ..."

- What is "Arabicpa"? I suppose it's "Arabic"
- Albanian is linked to "../bg/". Should be "../sq/"
- Arabicpa to "../bg/". Should be "../ar/" (Arabic assumed).
- Serbian (Latin) to "../sr/". Should be "../sr Latn".

In this paragraph:

"Orca's main advantage is its application-specific support. This means that "
"it has an understanding of the specific user interaction models of "
"particular applications in addition to the general meta-information "
"available via the ATK *tooklkit* (and the AT-SPI system)..."

s/tooklkit/toolkit/
